Ital Trade Power Solutions (“Ital Trade”, “we”, “us”) operates this website. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the site or contact us, why we collect it, and what we do with it.

We collect only what you give us. When you send an enquiry, request a quote or call us, that usually means your name, your email address, your telephone number, the location of the site you want powered and whatever you choose to tell us about your power requirements.

Like most websites, our hosting provider also records standard technical information automatically: the IP address of the device you are browsing from, the type of browser you are using, the pages you open and the time you open them. This information is used to keep the site running and secure.

How we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To carry out a site survey, design, install or service a system for you.

Enquiries that do not lead to work are kept for up to two years. Records relating to systems we have supplied or installed are kept for as long as the warranty runs and for as long as the law requires us to keep business records, so that we can support the system you bought from us.
